September 11, 2001, is a day that Americans will never forget. Four commercial flights were hijacked by 19 Al Qaeda terrorists who carried out the most deadly attack on U.S. soil. This exhibit studies the terrorists’ preparation for the attacks, the day itself, and the aftermath of this event to educate Americans about this important day in our country’s history. Information about all aspects of 9/11 has been compiled and laid out in chronological order in hopes of providing as much clarity as possible.
