Historical Progression of Lacrosse

This timeline follows the history of lacrosse from the first European contact all the way to lacrosse losing its spot as Canada's national sport. Through the timeline it is very clear that the spread of lacrosse was due, in large part, to Europeans who brought the game overseas to England and Australia.
