What's Being Done Now? - Honoring the Women's Suffrage Movement

This story map lays out what is being done in order to recognize and honor the hard work done by women in Delaware throughout the early 20th century. These women are honored for their detication to getting women the right to vote. Markers have been placed throughout the state honoring not only different key figures and groups but also monumental events for the women's suffrage movement in Delaware.

Interview with Anne Boylan 

Anne Boylan is a historian who has worked with University of Delaware as a professor, recently published a book about Women's Suffrage, and was a huge part of the University of Delaware online library exhibit on Women's Sufrage in Delaware. In this interview, Boylan talks about her new and ongoing project of putting up historical markers. As seen in the Story Map above, these markers are being placed around Delaware to honor women and groups of people who pushed for women's suffrage.
